Yes – We have many installation teams from Next Generation Windows & Doors that are employees and some in which they only work for us exclusively. We train and warranty every installer on our jobs. Also, every installation team has Workmen’s Insurance against any injury on the job, to insure safety and no liability to our customers.
YES – we have 8-10 trucks for our service department to assist any homeowner who needs a service or has an issue. Our service department works for us and is also hired by many manufacturers to handle and fix their product issues. We represent almost all manufacturers in windows and doors.
